Your personal data, such as “Turnstile Entry-Exit Data, Camera Records, Passport Photos,” is processed to ensure gym security and monitor member entries and exits based on the legitimate interest legal basis under Article 5/2-f of Law No. 6698.
Your personal data, such as “Gym Event Participation Data, Survey Responses, Areas of Interest, Participation in Events at the Gym, Special Program (Fitness) Card Information,” is processed to improve services and offer you the most suitable services under the legitimate interest legal basis of Article 5/2-f of Law No. 6698.
Personal data, such as “Name-Surname, Phone, Email, Profession Information, Company Name, and Nationality,” is processed with your explicit consent for marketing purposes, customer satisfaction, exclusive campaigns, information about campaigns held at our company, and for communication purposes.
Personal data, such as “Height, Weight, Body Measurements, Medical History,” is processed with your explicit consent to design personalized programs and ensure that your activities align with your health needs.
Personal data, such as “Mobile Phone Device Information,” is processed with your explicit consent to ensure security during entry and exit using the Coliseum mobile application and to prevent unauthorized access.
Transfer of Personal Data
Coliseum may share your personal data processed under the legal basis of Articles 5/2-c and 5/2-f of the Law with supplier companies providing legal services, domestic and/or international suppliers, company affiliates, or (if required) authorized public institutions in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
Additionally, with your explicit consent, personal data, such as “Name-Surname, Phone, Email, Profession Information, Company Name,” may be shared with Dost İnşaat Taahhüt San. ve Tic. Methods of Collecting Personal Data
Coliseum collects your personal data through methods such as filling out the “Member/Candidate Member Information Form,” completing forms on the website, providing verbal information during the membership process, completing the contract and its annexes, signing the entry-exit register, downloading the Coliseum mobile application, capturing camera records, performing body measurements, submitting certain documents, completing surveys, and filling out event participation forms.
Retention of Personal Data
Personal data, such as “Identity Information, Home-Mobile Phone, Email, Gender, Marital Status, Date of Birth, Address, Emergency Contact Information, Debt and Payment Information, Turnstile Entry-Exit Data, Camera Records, Gym Event Participation Data, Survey Responses, Areas of Interest, Participation in Events at the Gym, Special Program (Fitness) Card Information, Mobile Phone Device Information,” will be retained for a limited period according to the purposes and legal reasons mentioned above and will be destroyed after the retention period ends.
Personal data processed based on your explicit consent will be processed and stored as long as your explicit consent is not withdrawn. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
